At Eptura, I leveraged over a decade of Agile Coaching and Scrum Master expertise to coach the organization to enhance it’s Agile and Scrum practices, enhancing the organizations productivity, code quality and frequency of deployment, and ultimately everyone’s morale. I also played a pivotal role in orchestrating the Agile Coaching and Scrum practice for large teams based in India, ensuring alignment with project objectives while coordinating across multiple time zones.
As part of the Content Platforms Global Program Management team, I worked alongside Product and various Engineering teams, taking on the pivotal role of an Agile Coach. My core mission was to inculcate Agile best practices and principles, ensuring high-quality product increments were delivered.
